J. Alan Designs is based near Santa Fe, New Mexico, in the heart of the American Southwest. Our work begins with stone — turquoise, agates, and related materials sourced from the Southwest, Mexico, and long-established gem markets.
We create handcrafted jewelry inspired by the region’s landscape and offer carefully curated lapidary materials for designers and artisans. When presenting authentic Native American–made works, we do so strictly as curators, with full artist attribution and respect for traditional authorship.
